Awesome location, decent place for a fair price. On the Con side: squeaky bed and no parking possibilities in the area.

Apartment was very conveniently located for our weekend break and we had no problem finding from the metro. All the attractions and places we wanted to visit were within easy walking distance. Apartment itself was perfect, very clean and simply, but thoughtfully furnished for a short stay. There were views out onto rooftops. Our stay saw temperatures of -10+ degree C outside, but apartment was warm and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would wish to stay again.

In a good location in terms of Old-town Prague. We did, however, experience a few issues with the place that future guests may like to be aware of. (1) The microwave did not work, and from reading the reviews of the place, it seems it hasn't for quite some time. An issue yet to be addressed. (2) The pillows were very uncomfortable! Honestly, my partner and I both propped our necks up with clothes out of our suitcase. (3) The bed was creaky and loud when you roll over. (4) The toilet seat was broken, and similarly to the microwave, it has been for some time, and not yet addressed. (5) There was a lack of general amenities that we usually find in Airbnbs. No coffee machine, no coffee or tea provided at all, in fact. No oven, washing machine, or dishwasher. (6) Poor quality towels that were more like rags. No tea towels provided to dry washing up. No hand towels for the bathroom. On the positive side, it is well located, and is very well-lit with a large window in the roof. It is a small 'studio apartment', but didn't feel too cramped.

We stayed for 3 nights in Prague and the location at Apartment Kate is absolutely incredible. My girlfriend and I loved the close proximity to old town and to Charle's Bridge. The room is located on the upper floor and at night it offers a beautiful view of the city. The room is also private and we felt at home during our stay. One issue was that many of the lights didn't work or we couldn't figure it out during our stay, but it was not a huge issue. The other was that since it was 30+ during the entire time we were in Prague, it got quite hot in the room. There is a fan provided to keep cool, but keep that in mind when booking. Generally we're very happy and would highly recommend the location to anyone else visit Prague.

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, that is just on the cusp of the very busy section of town, but it's still quiet and cozy. Just a five minute walk from the Prague National Theatre, and many major attractions. The unit is smaller than average, but very modern and cozy, and was perfect for us. We had a very brief meeting with Evgeny and he showed us the unit, which was very clean when we arrived. The building has an elevator which is also useful after a long day of walking. There are many great restaurants, and a grocery store (Tesco) that is very near by. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were a little soft and flat. The only real issues we encountered was the toilet seat was loose, and kept popping off (which would be easily fixed), as well, the shower wasn't draining properly and would quickly fill with water (again easily fixed). All in all, this place is perfect for travellers or business people looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay after a long day exploring the city. We'd recommend it.

The apartment was as described by Evgeny, nice little cosy place in the middle of everywhere - I was able to explore Prague and it was no hassle getting back to the apartment to rest before a night out. Would definitely come back to stay here if I visit Prague again, thanks Evgeny!
