The perfect blend of victorian elegance and modern comfort! You get the spacious queen bedroom and your own full private bathroom.
There is a nice open kitchen and a small balcony in the back! The balcony is not very big, but good enough to get some fresh air and a nice brunch under the California sun.
The Queen bedroom has full windows looking out to the backyard that give it plenty of natural lighting, a brand new Queen Bed, and plenty of room for clothing and your other belongings. You get your own bathroom, all newly renovated. There is open space and natural lighting. And of course you are welcome to make yourself at home and use the living room- It comes with comfy upgraded couches and a nice LCD tv with all channels (HBO, Starz, sports package, etc.)
Interaction with guests
I will give you my number, and you can contact me at any time. Depending on your interests, there will also be plenty of opportunities to get to know each other and share stories over coffee if you wish!
Other things to note
It is a 3 bedroom apartment, generally there will be one other renter (always a professional- usually in their 20, 30s, or 40s), and my parents in the 3rd bedroom, but they very frequently travel for work.
Generally everyone works early, so ideal to keep the noise reasonable after 11PM. Everyone is calm but likes to socialize, and go out on weekends also. Not the best place if you are looking for crazy parties, but you are certainly invited to have guests over, dinners, and get-togethers.
Just no pets, no parties, and no additional overnight guests please. For any special accommodations or questions/concerns about something that may come up as an issue just ask me about it ahead of time.
I love to travel and discover new cultures. I believe there is a lot to learn from simply interacting with people from different backgrounds, who may have grown up in a much different setting. Different values and opinions can lead us to better develop our own conclusions and perspectives in life. That's one of the reasons I love Airbnb and the sharing economy! It's not just about the beautiful places, it's about the people and the experience.
I love to travel and use Airbnb as a guest just as much as I like to welcome guests to our beautiful house in San Francisco!
