1. Smoking & Pets:
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the unit and the tenant shall NOT KEEP ANY PET without prior written permission of the Landlord.
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by guest or parties. Landlord is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. Unit Access:
A key will be given to the guest. Please take good care of it. Loss key and will be charged minimum Php 10,000 for replacement of the door lock system.
Access Card: there will be a set of Access card, if lost there will be a Php 1,000 replacement fee.
Only the registered guest on list are authorized to enter the unit. Identification cards must be presented to the guard at the lobby before entering the unit.
4. Energy & Furniture:
Furniture and appliances should be used in gentle and reasonable manner. Lights, TV, and aircondition units must be turned OFF when not in use, or when you are going out of the apartment.
The Tenant shall keep the Unit in proper conditions and shall maintain it timely as reasonable required. The Tenant shall use the said Unit only for residential Purpose and shall not use it for any illegal, immoral or unethical activity prohibited by law or any order. Keep the apartment clean. Wash all pots, pans, cutlery and utensils after use.
6. Noise and Sounds:
Loud music and noise must be maintained in a tolerable level that are not disturbing to the next door neighbors.

The Tenant shall allow the right of access to the Landlord and right of inspection of the Unit to the Landlord.
9. For liability and protection of both lessee and lessor, it is mandatory that the guest must sign a lease agreement contract.
10. UTILITIES & CONSUMPTION
For Electric consumption, Php 1,500 is included in the lease rate. NOTE: The consumption that is over the defined figures will be charge to the account of the Lessee
