The place was very nice and large and in a good location for venturing, but the bathroom was a little small and there wasn’t any shelving in the shower. The WiFi wasn’t adequate for multiple devices or streaming movies and the area is very loud even late at night and into the morning making sleep difficult. Also some outlets didn’t appear to work.

Fantastic space! Will definitely stay here again when I am back in Florence. In terms of location, you cannot find anything more central and convenient. It is around the corner from the Domo and any other site or museum. There's a cute cafe next door for breakfast, a grocery store at the end of the street. It's literally in the middle of Florence! The apartment itself is beautiful! Tall ceilings that are extraordinarily painted which really add to the Italian feel. It is very clean and comfortable - the building is also very safe and beautiful. For recommendations nearby the flat I had the best pasta of my life at Il Vezzo (make sure you make reservations - this goes for most places in Florence though!). Best Aperol Spritz at La Mangere (do not go for breakfast though - it is very crowded!) and best cocktail bar is Vanilla (so good!) and likewise at Rasputin (a speak easy). You can get an amazing view from the Continental rooftop and a drink at the St. Regis is likewise recommended! For museums make sure you book tickects ahead (I suggest the Uffizi in the morning and the Academi). The Biboli Gardens and Piazza Pitti were my favorite though! Likewise, book ahead online.

The room is stunning - even better than the pictures. A really lovely space to hang out in. And it's in the perfect location - a few streets back from the main crowds but still in the centre of everything. The check in was very efficient - I didn't meet Federico but everything was done very smoothly through his colleagues. Wifi, hot water etc all worked perfectly. A couple of finishings could do with updating - e.g. the bed's fine but not the most comfortable, and the pillows could do with replacing. But overall highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend this place. The size of the room is HUGE compared to anything else you find in Europe. There is a lot of noise outside the window because it is a busy street. It's nothing the host can control, just lots of your groups passed by as well. Lots of great restaurants and shopping are around and you can easily walk to the duomo and ponte vecchio.

Very well located and spacious location. Perfect to go by walk anywhere. Unfortunately the bad Wifi connection (less than 1 mega download!) and above al the very loud noise that comes from the street in the week end and from the airco appliance inside the apartment prevented us to fully enjoy our stay.
