Interaction with guests
We will have as much or as little contact as you would like. We will treat you as though you are a guest in our home but, want you to feel as if it is your own home as well. We live here so it is important for us to rent to pleasant, nice people. My (Sandy's) motto is peace, love, and happiness. :-)
We would love to meet you, give you the scoop on the area and tell you some of our favorite places to go!
Other things to note
Please see our reviews for other properties. The reviews starting in Oct 2014 are for this property. We moved and had not updated our listing prior to booking guests.
Also, We adopted a small Australian cattle dog (Blue Healer) that our daughter was fostering. He is a very sweet dog but is still a little skittish around new people. :-) We don't allow him in the bedrooms and usually take him with us if we leave the house. We are very accommodating and will make sure you have an excellent time. Please let us know if you have any concerns. We will do our best to work with you.
Special requests are welcome and may be provided for an additional fee. For example chocolate covered strawberries and/or a bottle of wine.
This is a non smoking household. You are welcome to smoke outside as long as you use an ashtray.
Again, my motto is peace, love, and happiness. We expect that everyone treat each other and our house/property with respect.
Small pets may be allowed, just ask. This is a dog friendly neighborhood.

Gary and I have been together since 2000 and married since 2005. We have traveled to and through several states and have been to several Islands and Greece as well. We LOVE traveling, music festivals, concerts, riding our bike which has a sidecar and are very, very spontaneous. Due to our spontaneity, I bought a motorhome and we traveled with friends up and down the east coast. As far North as Massachusetts, South as Key West and West as Kentucky and Memphis, TN. Throughout our travels, we found a place we fell in love with in the Catskill Mountains in NY and decided to trade in our wheels for a larger Park Model.
In 2014 we moved to St Augustine, Fl. Gary and I fell in love with the old Spanish architecture of the historic downtown area. There are several restaurants, bars, art museums, shops, etc etc. We are looking forward to visiting all of them. lol From November through the end od January Saint Augustine has what's called the Nights of Lights which is absolutely beautiful! If you can come then please do. You won't be disappointed! The opening ceremony is usually the weekend before Thanksgiving.
Gary and I also enjoy meeting new people and seeing them enjoy themselves. We used to have a Disc Jockey Business in NY but sold it when we moved here. Look us
As I say in the ad, My (Sandy's) motto is Peace, Love, and Happiness. That is what I hope you walk away from our home with. :-)
