Kowhai House has a unique location atop a bluff that provides unrivaled views over native bush on three sides and rural farming on the other. Being a new build, our focus has been on providing an elegant, stylish get away, with all the mod cons, should our guests need to catch up on the busy world outside.

Be sure to check out our second listing Tui Lodge and cabin, recently listed to compliment Kowhai House. Its ideal for couples or larger groups (two couples travelling together or a family)

The space
Our designer took a simple vision and blended clean architectural lines with native bush.

The sunken lounge and gas fired Firepit provides a relaxing private retreat to interact with nature.

Whilst the re constituted Marble n Quartz double stone bath is a touch of luxury, it’s an ideal place to view the sunrise or sunset.

However if it’s a nap or quiet reading spot then the double hammock may take your fancy… your simply spoilt for choice

NB Pukeko Lane has two tiny houses listed. Kowhai House with one bedroom & Tui Lodge and cabin with two bedrooms for familys or couples travelling together.

PS EV charger onsite Level 2 with two types of charging cable onsite. Competitive rate and app info available upon request.

Other things to note
Whilst the Hot Tub tickbox has been ticked it’s simply the closest description for our 1.8mtr double stone bath from Indonesia. Beautifully crafted from Marble - Quartz & stone then polished in a classic style it’s quite stunning and I know you will love it….
