You will no doubt have a great time here. I love being a host and you will definitely enjoy the huge bathroom with a skylight, and the minimalistic, yet warm Scandinavian feel. 10 min to the train and 15 min to downtown.
I love all dogs :-)
The house was completely, and beautifully, renovated in 2006 and is very modern in it's look and feel. The kitchen has pretty much everything (induction stove, oven, microwave, slow juicer, powerful blender, spiralizer, dishwasher, sprouter and other fun stuff). There's a mini grand piano in the living room that you're more than welcome to play!
You can access everything, except my own bedroom. That means the hallway/entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and huge living room. And of course the gorgeous garden!
Interaction with guests
I'd be more than happy to help with anything I can, give recommendations etc. I'm often not home as I spend most nights playing cards with friends, watching plays or doing yoga.
Other things to note
I'm very earth-conscious and have solar panels installed on the roof which provides enough power for all heating, hot water, and electrical needs! I sort all trash, try never to waste food, bicycle as much as I can and generally think of the environment. You don't have to, though, that's just me :-)
My home is important to me and it should always be something nice, cozy and friendly for me and anyone who visit.
I love yoga, bicycling, playing piano, eating homegrown food, watching plays and musicals, caring for my garden, playing games and traveling with friends.
