Every time I stand before my beautiful beach house, its waves seem to whisper to me.

This Beach Villa is near Rincon del Mar, 90 miles south of Cartagena , outfitted with Butler and Chef in a secluded Beach, it can't get better than this.

The space
What makes this listing unique is the magic of the place, in the front we have a spacious white sand beach, in the back a mangrove lagoon full of life. The house is totally open and its high cathedral ceiling provides a cool comfortable climate.

This is a secluded beach with about 30 houses , arrival and departure is by a 10 minute boat ride from Rincon del Mar

Arrival is through Cartagena , Colombia.

PRIVATE TRANSPORT:
Rent a car at Cartagena Airport and drive (2 - 2.5 hours south of Cartagena) to San Onofre and from there 12 km to Rincon del Mar , a fishing village where you will park the car at KIKE's conveniece store ($2.00 per day) and take a 10 minute boat ride to Punta Seca Beach.

BY BUS:
To ge there by public transport, take a Taxi to the bus terminal on the outskirts of Cartagena Terminal de transportes de Cartagena de Indias:
Terminal de Cartagena de Indias.
Dg (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) the taxi from Cartagena to the terminal will charge you about 20,000 cop, or usd 7
Available buses and hours:
UNITRANSCO , PH(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), OR (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), AFTER 7AM EVERY 45 MINUTES OR SO. Ticket cost is about us $8.00 p/pax .

Once you get to San Onofre "Bus Terminal" , there is a Texaco Gas Station right beside it , there they have "transport" jeeps to Rincon del Mar. , you can go as a passenger on a motorcyle for $ 7000 pesos (us 2.50) , We can also arrange an express ride for about (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) cop ($22) . Ask the transport to take you to EL KIKE , this is a small party store/ grocery . EL KIKE is also the transport supplier to Punta Seca

El programa de playa y mar estará disponible sin limitaciones durante las 24 horas ya que el mar es cálido y tranquilo , excepto en ciertos meses (Enero a Marzo) que hay mas brisa y un poco mas de oleaje en las tardes, sin embargo, igual de seguro con las debidas precauciones y apto para los deportes a vela por esa misma condición de viento.

Detras de la casa hay un hermoso manglar para explorar en los Kayaks donde se ven aves preciosas y todo tipo de fauna.

Por la transparencia y temperatura del agua , es posible observar en las noches oscuras ( sin luna) y durante casi todas las épocas, el fenómeno de la bioluminiscencia, cuando se sumergen en el agua.
