The accomodation is nice but a little dated. Very clean. Location is okay. Very secluded which some people may enjoy.

This is one of those places where it does what it says on the tin. Secluded, close to coles bay but not in coles bay, clean, lots of space and a huge deck to watch the sunset from. Whilst I don’t mind too much many people would be shocked that there is no potable water in the hou…

Response from Verina:
Hi David, Thank you for your review. In relation to the water at the property I am sorry for any confusion but as the property is not connected to the town water supply at this stage and is only on tank water it is recommended by Taswater that people boil the water before drinking. The water is safe to drink from the tap but we inform guests to boil the water as a pre caution. We do provide a water urn filled with boiled water for our guests to drink upon their arrival and guests will then need to keep it topped up during their stay if they wish. Unfortunately until the entire Coles Bay region is connected to the treated town water there is nothing we can do except to let guest know that it is advised to boil the water and to provide them water urn. I hope you have a wonderful day. Kind regards The Freycinet Holiday Houses Team

It's a nice place, but don't get excited with the shower or specialty the spa.
