Interaction with guests
Julio and I are friendly and easy to talk to. Feel free to ask for information about places to eat, drugstores, places to visit, local food, etc.
Other things to note
Is important to bring sun protector and lots of repellent.
In our opinion, even when Mancora is sunny all year round, it is more pleasant to come between May and December. Whales and dolphins visit Mancora between July and November, we highly recommend to take a tour to watch them. These months are very windy in the afternoons, so they are also good for kitesurfing. On January, February and March it is very hot (27 to 35 C), and there are more mosquitoes. It is better to check the weather forecast to be sure if it is going to be too hot or rainy...
That is our recommendation, but, if you are used to this kind of weather or, you like adventures then, welcome home!!!
No partying, no smoking, no extra people staying over, no pets. Keep common areas clean.
I am from Lima, I have been living in Mancora for approximately 11 years so, I know this town very well. I live with my partner Julio and both enjoy meeting people from around the world. We have a friendly dog and two beautiful cats.
I speak Spanish, English and some French. We also like to travel and we enjoy cooking for friends.
