Second floor apartment in a traditional Canarian-style house. The apartment has terracotta tiles throughout and features a typical timber pitched roof, which lends an airy feeling to the apartment.
The bathroom has an excellent powerful shower and there is usually a good stock of shampoos, shower gels etc.
The living room and kitchen is open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven, electric hob, toaster and toasted sandwich maker, along with two types of coffee maker.
The living area has a large settee, which can be converted into a double bed if extra guests wish to make use of the room. For those winter evenings when there is a chill in the air, there is a wood-burning fire. A stock of wood is available at no extra charge.
The bedroom is a good size and features a super king size bed. Bed linen is changed after 7 nights. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. A small safe is available for your valuables.
The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and a parasol.
For your entertainmenta large DVD collection is available There is also a selection of board games.
Beach towels are provided so you can save some space in your suitcase.
An atmospheric self-contained apartment on the second floor of a restored stone-built traditional Canarian style house. Access to the apartment is via a dedicated entrance from the street and an external stairway leading to the apartment.
Double doors open on to a south facing balcony with views down to the coast, and on clear days to Gran Canaria.
In addition to use of the apartment's own south facing balcony, on request, guests may make use of a terrace with lounge furniture (if you don't mind sharing it with the dogs!). The terrace catches the last of the late afternoon/evening sunshine.
Interaction with guests
Interaction can be as little or as much as guests desire and we respect your privacy. We live in the ground floor of the house and so are available to give advice on seeing the island by car, nice walks, history, restaurants etc. should you wish it.

Other things to note
Parking is not possible directly outside the entrance due to the narrowness of the road and it being on a bend, however it is possible just around the corner after approx. 45 metres outside of number 10 Calle La Cruz. Should this space be fully occupied, there is more space just around the corner in approx. another 50 metres.
