Historic beachfront villa with garden and pool on the La Baule bay. Very nice ocean and beach view.

Very nice location on the renovated part of the seafront, multiple beach restaurants and sailing, surf and kite surf schools in the immediate vicinity.

Recently renovated, high standing (electric shutters, air conditioning, wainscoting) with an interior of 250m², very large living area with an open kitchen.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably and offers 5 bedrooms including 2 with sea view.

The bedrooms all have a comfortable queen size beds and air conditioning. They can be configured with 2 single beds if given enough advance notice.

There are 3 bathrooms (one is en-suite and 2 have a WC) and a standalone WC.

A balcony with sea view on the front and a 150m² fenced back-yard with a heated pool, large terrace, a pool house, furniture and plancha will allow you to enjoy the nice weather and the view while eating out.

Note: The outdoor heated pool (28°C) is open from approximately May to mid-October. Please get in touch with us for the precise dates.

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, a garage for a small car and a car park in front of the house.
