Centrally located in Cowes with a magnificent beach virtually across the road, this is a perfect spot for a relaxing get away with friends or family. The house is featured on a fenced block (no gate) and walking distance to the the main street.
The front of the house has 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The back of the house is a large rumpus room with couches and fold out sofa beds. It has a ping pong table and pool table (which has a tear), TV, DVD player and a separate bathroom with toilet and shower.
Laluca Beachside has a nice long concrete driveway which could accomodate 4 cars easily so no cars will need to be parked on the street. The main entry is under cover so if arriving on wet nights, it will not be an issue.

Maximum no. of tenants strictly enforced. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. We live very close by so will know if additional people are staying.
Tenants are required to provide Linen (pillow and doona covers, sheets, towels and extra blankets) unless requested at a charge of $20 per person.
All losses, breakages or damage must be replaced, paid for or made good to the satisfaction of the owner or agent prior to departure.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited and will not create nuisance for neighbouring owners or occupier of adjoining premises. The rate quoted does not allow for extra wear associated with functions i(URL HIDDEN)terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in eviction and loss of your bond and/or a minimum of $500 additional payments.
We do not accept bucks party groups so we must be informed if this is the case otherwise a $500 additional fee will apply.
Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time of day or night if made aware of inappropriate behaviour or breach of these conditions.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival otherwise a minimum excess cleaning fee of $100 will be applied. Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest, unless otherwise agreed, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
