This beautiful old building (almost 100 years old!) has been converted into lofts. The large factory windows are still intact, along with 14ft ceilings, exposed brick and beams. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Distillery District, and very close to King and Queen streetcar stops. Free Parking on Eastern St. Just minutes from main highways of the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway. 10 minutes to the downtown core via the Streetcar.

The space

Zero tolerance rule for parties. By all means, relax and play music, cook up a storm, but please do not invite groups of people and respect the neighbours past reasonable hours, the walls are thin.

Guest access

You will have the entire loft to yourself. There is a buzzer to get into the building and a lock box with the code. I will give you all info once booked.

Interaction with guests

I will be available by email or phone during your stay.

A local family member or friend will also be available by phone if you have any questions.

Other things to note

The sleeping area is an actual loft, accessed by a ladder, so if you're not comfortable with ladders or heights this may not be a suitable place for you.

Super clean and centrally located -- downtown Toronto. Everything was as pictured, and check-in was straight forward. Also, Sam was available to answer any and all questions.

This place was super awesome!! The apartment has a really artsy vibe. Loved how open the space was. It was also in a great location. You are in walking distance of the center of downtown and can easily take the tram as well. Felt very safe whenever I walked around. There is no parking near the apartment but the public parking is only a 5-10 minute walk and is fairly cheap. Everything worked out perfectly and again the apartment was AWESOME!

I am a filmmaker living in Toronto who loves to travel. I use Airbnb for when I leave for vacation or for work. Toronto is an amazing city with a lot to do, which is why I like to share my space so others can enjoy this city as well.
