Save on accommodations and live like a local! Our quaint neighborhood is located in a residential area on the western side of Logan Square & is accessible to all the attractions of Logan Square, several surrounding neighborhoods & downtown.
Welcome to our home! Our bright and spacious apartment comfortably sleeps two in a queen bed. We provide fresh linens and towels for each guest and offer complimentary french press coffee. We invite you browse our large collection of art, fiction and cook books during your stay!
Please keep in mind that it's very typical in older Chicago apartments to hear movement from upstairs units and ours is no different. The upstairs tenants are very courteous and respectful but you will likely hear them and their dog moving around from time to time.
**If you are traveling with a third person we can provide an extra twin sized cot. Please note the cot is comfortable but nothing fancy (think camping cot). For this reason we do not charge an additional fee for a third guest.
The apartment is totally private with a full kitchen, living/dining space, separate bedroom area and communal backyard. Free shared laundry is available in the rear basement of the building.
Interaction with guests
The apartment has a separate entrance so you will have as much privacy and freedom to come and go as you would like. We will be easy to contact but will otherwise leave you to explore and enjoy on your own.

Hi! We are a young family living in Chicago's northwest neighborhood of Logan Square. We met shortly after moving here to attend college 12 years ago and have been busy making Chicago our home ever since. Brad is originally from Michigan and Leah is an American who grew up in southern Germany. Over the years we have gotten to know this city pretty well and are excited to be raising our family in such a culturally diverse part of the world.
We enjoy travel, cooking, biking around the city and are eager gardeners in the making. We actively participate in neighborhood organizations and very much enjoy meeting the many wonderful people who work hard to make our community what it is.
We are new to hosting and look forward to opening up our lovely home to fellow travelers who are looking for comfortable and cozy family friendly accommodations.
