This was my first Airbnb experience, and Heidi made it super easy. She was very accomadating of my weird arrival and departure schedule. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfy. Heidi had lots of great tips about places to go and things to see around town. The bus stop right outside made my daily trip to the convention center for the event I was attending very quick and easy. The neighborhood is very charming with lots of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Overall I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Heidi!

We were warmly received and felt very comfortable in this historic, eclectic home. The neighborhood has a ton of character and is very accessible to the downtown area where we had our convention, and to and from the airport. Our room was warm with relaxing beds and amenities. The bathroom off of the room is in need of upgrading, but the guest bathroom was nice. Heidi is bright and charming. I was pleasantly surprised that she had alkaline water! Overall, a positive experience and a great value!

Heidi was an incredibly flexible and friendly host from the get-go and I can't thank her enough for all of her accommodations! Her home was a welcome retreat from the convention center where I was spending my Salt Lake time. I was within walking distance of where I needed to be - in a neighborhood that was warm and friendly and two doors down from a delicious bistro that sources locally. The house was cozy with tons of character, and of course, Heidi was a model hostess. I mean, who could have asked for more!

Heidi was very helpful when I decided to book her room for a stay in Salt Lake City. She was very prompt in answering my request and helpful with transportation information and very flexible with my arrival time. She worked hard to prepare the room considering my arrival was on such short notice. The accommodations were adequate. The gel top mattress was very comfortable and the easy access to the room was very helpful. The old Victorian needed some TLC, especially in the bathroom but everything was clean. I wish I had known that the buses stop running at 6 p.m. and many of my evening returns were at 10 p.m. It is a bit of a hike downtown.
