This lovely room has a double bed, shared bathroom (shower and hair dryer, free towels), TV and free WiFi. Guests can use shared kitchen which is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils).
As it´s a house from the old days of Dubrovnik, the walls are 1 meter thick. Even though there is no air conditioning, you don´t need to use the fan in the room, trust me, it´s even chilly during the night. :)

Guest access

Shared kitchen facilities, shared bathroom, washing machine, garden with a terrace.

The lady who greeted us wasn't the person who we had on air bnb. She didn't even seem to know what air bnb was. The agent hadn't responded to my messages and she didn't know what time we were arriving. Then wanted to charge us, even though we'd paid through air bnb, she called the other lady and was sorted, but just unnecessary hassle on holiday. Apart from this, very rules based place, quiet and good location.

Had a lovely stay here. 20 minute walk to Old town (this was nice as you get away from the crowds ). Public transport and shops are a 2 minute walk away, and the main port is 5 minutes down the road. Lovely host. Would recommend.

Great location, clean house, nice garden! Even though we were out of the room most of the time, we were happy with our stay. P.S. this house has many rules so it is more suitable for people who would like to have a calm and relaxing stay rather than partying.

We stayed only one night in Ivanas house. It is a nice old stone house with the big garden. The room was clean and quiet. Our host was nice, explained us the way to the Old Town and also gave us good tips about where to eat. We had a great time in Dubrovnik, thanks!

We stayed with Ms Ivana, not sure what the connection is to Slavica, in the blue room (not the one pictured but it's still pretty nice!). Ms Ivana was so so lovely and gave us a few tips for around the area and the place was extremely clean and hospitable. It's a 15 minute walk or very quick bus trip to the old town. Would recommend!

We spent 2 nights in Ms Ivana's house. The house is clean and well maintained, esp. kitchen is nice and well equipped. It's perfectly located - 15 mins from the Old Town. Ms Ivana, who hosted us, was welcoming, helpful and communicative. She also searched for us, when we had problems with getting to the house. However, she didn't let us stay in the garden for 2 hours to wait for the bus, which was surprising. Also, we didn't get the room we booked - instead we got really tiny room, which was extremely hot. It's a pity - we had a peek at blue room and it was far more spacious. It's a good place if you don't want to spend much on accommodation.

My friend and I stayed with Mrs. Ivana for three days. It was a pleasant stay and the house was nice and clean. However, we did not get the same room as the one in the pictures, and the host was someone else than who we had communicated with before arriving.

I wish you a warm welcome in my hometown :)
Looking forward to answer all of your questions :D

I'm 25 years old, born and raised in Dubrovnik, definitely town that you'll remember. I'm running Dominium Travel agency in Dubrovnik together with my colleagues which you'll probably meet while staying here.

So far, I've been to London, Dublin, Paris, Istanbul, Rome, Venice, Trieste, Barcelona, Wien, Prague. There are few destinations on my bucket list that I still didn't crossed: Vietnam, Mexico, Cambodia, Singapore, Cuba...

I hope you'll enjoy your stay with us :)

If you decide to book , please let me know if you are arriving with a car , bus or from airport so that I can send you directions to the apartment in details, also it would be good, if you book the accommodation , that you send me your email address so that I could send you a map with marked location and coordinates .
