Not to many rules that don’t border on just general common courtesy. Noise isn’t really a problem because it’s a house and the backyard is open and available for barbecuing or hanging out. If you need to smoke, you can certainly do it outside.

There are pets here — the cutest Labrador in Los Angeles and one cat (who you’ll hardly see because she’s a ‘fraidy cat) and so it’s probably a prerequisite that you can tolerate pets. Naturally, I want nothing more than to be accommodating and provide whatever you need to have a wonderful time. Just ask…

This air b&b is exactly as advertised and absolutely amazing! Greg was very kind and accommodating. He was very flexible with the check in time and process. Easy check out as well. His place is very clean and spacious. His dog molly is adorable as well! She is very friendly and just looking for someone to rub her tummy! I would recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely stay again.

The good thing is that the place is quiet. But it's not clean. A lot of things are covered in dust. The bed we slept in had something on it that gave us really itchy rashes. I wouldn't recommend going there until the host has done a complete cleaning.

My sister and I stayed with Greg after a day at Universal Studios. With that said, Universal Studios is about 15/20 minutes from his house. It's definitely Lyft or Uber-able if you don't want to pay the parking fee at Universal! I loved how accurate his home is based on the photos. His dog Molly is super sweet while his cat Cleo is skittish (but still cute)! Furthermore, Greg genuinely cares about his visitors: I was so busy that day prior to arriving that I didn't get a chance to let him know when we were coming. Lo and behold, Greg already took that initiative and e-mailed me to ask in order to accommodate us. There was another room available to rent but my sister and I stayed in the master bedroom. The room itself is extremely comfy and home-y; simply put, I felt like I was in a room of my own. Overall, my sister and I had a pleasant experience and have no complaints. I'm looking forward to staying with him in the near future, especially if I'm going to Universal Studios again!
