The house is charming and well equipped with a separate toilet and bedroom as well as a large porch. Unfortunately I stayed one night only, I think it is well suited for a longer stay. The fare is situated in the owners property, so suited for getting to know local life. The city is in walking distance, we got all information needed and found guidebooks and brochures in the living room.

Very nice, private and cosy place, too bad I could not stay a bit longer. There are friendly dogs running free in the yard, just so you are aware and ready for this sort of welcome. Teraiapiti was present while I was there at the premises; he was also very helpful with giving me directions and instruction on the local shops, restaurants and market; he even took me to the central market area and also offered to take me to the airport. I wish I knew there was an option to be picked up from the airport as I arrived in a middle of the night, but this was not stated in English. I would come back again, even your dogs can be a bit noisy and over excited. Thank you Teraiapiti for making me feel so welcome, you are a great host.

Our stay was short, too short really. The location is great, it's central but quiet and also very reasonable price wise. We were made very welcome, and were invited to join our hosts and their friends on a trip to the beach which we gladly did. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For a stay in the center, I would definitely recommend especially if you want self catering!! Thanks guys!

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay. Teraiapiti and his family were very welcoming and made us feel at home, even the 4 dogs. The guest house is nice, well kept, and private and Teraiapiti was more than helpful as a guide to the city, even taking us to Venus Point with his family. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Papeete.

Teraiapiti is a wonderful host. We spent one night at his place on the way to Moorea, and were also able to book him to pick us up from the airport (around 11pm) and drop us to the ferry the next morning, which made things very simple. On our way back we were flying out at midnight, so were able to book his house again to use as a day room, and to book him to pick us up from the ferry, and take us back to the airport that evening. Our flight back to LA was delayed because of a firefighter's strike, and Terai even came to the Roulottes where we were having dinner to let us know flights were delayed (the airline had not contacted us), and then helped us figure out what time we would be leaving. He allowed us to go to sleep that evening at the house, and then got up at 2.30am to take us to the airport - WAY beyond what I would have expected from an Air BNB host. The house itself is nice, with a separate bedroom, and combined lounge and kitchen area and a lovely deck.
