I went to Dublin for visiting a friend. After booking this place, I contacted Alan's roommate Rasha for getting the keys. Everything went down as planned. The room and the bed is big and could easily be used by two people. There's a fridge you can make us of, the bathroom is nice AND - especially a great thing for musicians - there are several guitars. The city center is walkable in about 20 mins, like every destination in Dublin is walkable. Alain's roommates are very nice people. They told me to feel like home and this place really felt like home for me. Thank you!

I stayed in Alain's room for 2 days. The experience was globally positive: the room was clean, bright spacious and well prepared for us. The location is really good, with a bus service to the city center each 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not meet Alain because he was away for the weekend but he gave a great explanation about the house and all the equipments and all we needed to know about the apartment.

Alain organized everyting perfectly! Before my stay he submitted a very detailed briefing. The area is very central. Even the bus from/to the airport is in walking distance.

Unfortunately we didn't meet Alain as he was at work when we arrived however his housemate met with us and made us feel very welcome. The room was great, very spacious and it had everything we needed. We also had the bathroom to ourselves which was a bonus too. Overall the place was great and kept nice and clean. The apartment is about 15/20min walk from the centre, luckily the weather was great so the walk was fine. There are also several places to have breakfast in the area or to grab a coffee too. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Though Alain was away during our stay (as he informed us he would be) we felt completely at home from the minute we walked through the door. He had sent us an itinerary of all things Dublin, and had labeled things in the apartment that we might need- like extra converters and extra towels. His roommate was home during our stay and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and as if we had known the guys forever. Complimentary red wine was an extra bonus ;) We had the BEST experience at this apartment with a view- great location, great hosts, and clean and comfortable amentities. Highly recommend you book with these guys!

The property is located in a nice area. It is 20~30 mins walk/5~10 bus ride from the city centre. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well but there was one time there was no hot water so I had to shower with cold water and nothing was done about it. Other than that time, there was enough hot water. I would stay here again if I visit Dublin again. :)

Response from Alain:
Thanks for the tip Hyojin. I've added to the house guide how to turn on the heater for hot. Come back anytime.
