Nestled in tranquility Sanjiv's cottage, now run by Billy and their daughter Panita in memory of Sanjiv, in Aira Holme Chotta Simla is scenic and cosy. Located far enough from the revelling crowds it is serene and homely. Surrounded by deodars, the cottage is enveloped by nature within the town.
You get one bedroom with an attached bathroom and coupled twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with modern conveniences and a geyser for 24 hour hot water. Breakfast is included in the tariff.
You have access to the living room. There are also various outdoor sitting areas where you can sit amongst the deodar and apricot trees and relax with a cup of tea and just enjoy the magnificent views that our home has to offer. There is an attic which is Billy's work space. There are 2 other private bedrooms where we live.

My wife Sanjiv was born and brought up in Simla, later we settled down here. Unfortunately, she passed away in April 2016. The B&B was started by her and my daughter Panita and I continue running it in her memory. This cottage was constructed in 1920, as a billiards room and guesthouse, which she inherited from father.
Sanjiv was an avid gardener, there are a large variety of flowers and foliage planted throughout the property. This is a refreshing respite from the general concrete of town construction.
