Juan and Aljenadro were very helpful. The students in the house are very international and open-minded. However the room and the pictures are quite different. Very talented photographer did the shoots. ;) Downstairs is a bar which has a stereo system that will make your bed shake on Friday and Saturday until 3am. In the week however there are 3 to 4 parties in the student residency. So, if you like party. This is the spot for you. For us: Student residency means... messy kitchen and bathroom and too much noise. Glad to have meet the people here though. Keep on rockin!

Response from Alejandro:
Hola Viola! I'm glad you had a good time here with the people, although It's a shame that the bar downstairs didn't let you sleep. Regarding the noise from the residence, as I had told you from the second week of January onwards the house is starting to recieve the students, so it gets noisy. Anyways, you are welcome here any time, and next time I'll move you to a quieter room.

I'm from Bogotá. I run a student residence with another friend, so over the semester we host students from all around the world and show them the best costumes and places of the city and the country. On December and June they're gone, so we are happy to host people through Airbnb.

On my free time I like to travel a lot in Colombia, and when I can around the world. Also, I have a big obsession with music, and spend much of my time discovering new bands or albums, so any suggestion you might have from your home country will be greatly appreciated!

I'll be happy to host you, and show you something about Bogotá and this great country: Colombia!
