My condo is in a building from the early 1900s in a historic driveway climb, it's ten-minute walk from the Old Town. I offer a room with double bed + a single loft bed, with a private bathroom. It's cozy, bright and silent. Nice view, parking place.
My home is renovated, cozy, bright and very quiet. It is a 5-minute walk from Central Station Piazza Principe, and the Ferry Terminals and 10 minutes from the Old Town reached on foot or by adiacent bus/Metro
The room has a double bed and a single bed loft with private bathroom, the environments is colorful and nice.
In the morning (8.00-9.30 a.m.) I will serve you breakfast in the common areas, during the rest of the day the lounge and kitchen are available on request, also 'cause it could easily happens that you'll find them busy with me
Interaction with guests
This is my home sweet home and I'll probably be in the apartment.
But on your specific request, there is the possibility that I prepare a very good Italian dinner or take you on a fun, weather condition permitting, boat sailing trip... 'cause as Ivano Fossati says: "...Genoa is seen only from the sea!!"
For the rest I ask you to observe the normal rules of civil cohabitation, in respect of the house and the neighborhood.
Other things to note
The Ferry Terminal and the Central Station Piazza Principe are within walking distance.
The strategic location of the house is also for those traveling by car, it is 5 minutes from the exit of Genoa W motorway
I like the common rules of civil coexistence in mutual respect.
