Perfect for a couple or family, our flat is a great home base for a visit to SF. The middle unit in a classic Edwardian, our home is beautifully decorated in a warm style. It has a renovated kitchen and baths and a sunny, welcoming shared garden.
This lovely flat is our family home that we are making available while we’re away for the summer. We’d prefer to rent to a couple or family who will treat it as their own while visiting our wonderful city!
•One bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, children's books and toys. The other has a queen-sized bed and, located in the center of the flat, is the quietest room in the place.
•A dining room with gas fireplace is in the front, and the family room off the kitchen with more toys, a kids’ art station, TV and stereo, are in the back. (Note that the toys and kid items can be hidden away for guests traveling without children.)
•The sunny kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking tools and a high-chair if needed). There is in-unit laundry, just off the kitchen.
•There is one full bathroom with a claw-foot tub and shower. The small half-bath has an additional toilet and sink.
•The backyard has a common BBQ, fire pit, seating and outdoor dining options – plus a fort for the kids!
•Limited storage for strollers and bikes can be arranged in the garage.
Guests will have access to the entire flat, the backyard, and can arrange to store bikes or strollers in the garage.
Interaction with guests
Although we will be away for your visit, our friendly family and neighbors will happily answer questions or trouble-shoot any issues you may have.
Other things to note
Unlike much of the rest of the city, summer nights in our neighborhood are often clear and warm (by SF standards), and we regularly use the backyard as an extension of our living space. If you are in town for July 4th, you’ll be treated to an amazing fireworks display that you can watch from the apartment! We also have very friendly neighbors who are happy to socialize, answer questions and provide a helpful presence as needed. STR-0000467
