Superb designed apartment, with a very spacious living area and kitchen. The apartment has an open plan design with a large sliding door to open up the living area and bedroom to create a large space. In addition the living area is extra large compared with other corner apartments with extra window space for even more views.
The floors are tiled - cool to the touch in this climate, clear and frosted glass with lighting has been extensively used and the apartment is finished off with antique chinese furniture.

Other things to note
The apartment has broadband internet access, a TV system with DVD player and plenty of DVD's. The TV has Thai channels and limited free satellite channels - Rai Int, DW-tv german, BBC World, Australia, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, MTV, Newsasia, China, TV5 Monde, Australia Network, amongst others.
The electricity use is included in the apartment rental price (for short stays), please use the air conditioning sparingly with the windows closed in respect for the environment and always switch it off when you are leaving the apartment
A returnable security deposit is required of Bt10,000/GBP200 and will be refunded to your bank account (or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) account) within a maximun of 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The apartment and building is strictly no smoking (there is an area
outside the lobby where you are able to smoke). Eating and drinking is
also not allowed in and around the pool area or other common area's -
please respect these rules as permanent residents understandably get
quite irksome when they see others not complying.
We do not accept Stag/bachelor parties or Hen groups.The apartment is in residential premises, loud music and parties are not acceptable as we ask guests to respect the neighbours as if they were your own.
Please do not go to the Juristic office on the ground floor or to the building’s staff as they are not connected with TheRiverSideBangkok. If you have a query please contact us preferably by email and we will deal with it and liaise with the building management team if required.
The swimming pool and the gym etc are on the 6th floor (hours 8am-10pm). Please abide by the published rules.
No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the pool or the pool area.
Please remember to bring everything including towels up to the apartment when you have finished.
Please respect other people in the building and your neighbours, be courteous at all times, please do not make excessive noise/music/parties especially in unsociable hours.
The building is non-smoking, all apartments are strictly non-smoking, there are tables and chairs outside of the lobby for smoking.
