Capel Palms is a two bedroom apartment located directly opposite the beautiful Capel Sound Foreshore.
The apartment has recently been fully renovated.
The apartment is fully self contained, with a brand new kitchen and laundry facilities.
The kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you will need to prepare your own meals if you wish to do so.
Upon arrival complementary coffee and tea is provided.
The kitchen also features a microwave oven, an electric fan forced under bench oven and a four station induction cooktop that has been designed with safety in mind.
A FIRST AID KIT is located in the laundry if required.
The key for the FIRST AID KIT is located in the top left side kitchen cupboard.
You will also find a torch in there as well, it may be used in the event of a power outage.
There is a large fridge to keep all your food fresh and your drinks cold.
The apartment caters to 4 people only.
It has 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has one Queen sized double bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Both bedrooms are newly carpeted and the lounge area features polished floorboards.
The bathroom has been fully renovated and also looks fantastic,
Make up wipes and a hair dryer are also provided.
There is a private rear courtyard with a barbecue and seating for four people.

No need to worry about long walks or parking the car the beach is 1 minute away.
There are also kilometers of cycling and walking trails directly opposite the apartment along the beach.
A five minute drive will get you to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs.
(Pre booking is highly recommended).

Restaurants, cafe's and shopping strips are all close by in Rye, Sorrento and Portsea.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer.
Point Nepean National Park at Portsea is 20 minutes away by car.
Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 5 minutes drive.

We like to leave our guests alone to do there own thing.
However we are available at anytime to assist with any of our guests needs if required to do so.

Prices are seasonal.
$125 per night is the lowest rate for a maximum of 2 people.
Extra people attract a $30 fee per night each, with the apartment accommodating a strict maximum of 4 people only.
Any malicious damage caused to the apartment will have to be paid for by the person who booked.
Capel Palms is not a party house and under no circumstances are parties allowed.
SCHOOLIES PLEASE TAKE NOTE.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONS CELEBRATING SCHOOLIES.
IF YOU BOOK THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE AND ARE A PART OF SCHOOLIES YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY ON ARRIVAL.
YOU WILL ALSO LOSE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT.
SORRY OUR PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN DISRESPECTED ON FOUR OCCASIONS AND WE ARE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE.
Strictly No Smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
Ashtrays are provided outside for smokers.
Cigarette butts are not to be brought into the apartment and discarded in the inside bins.
Discarded cigarettes can be placed into a small rubbish bag and disposed of into the bins provided inside the parking garage, please make sure the cigarettes are fully extinguished.
The apartment caters to a maximum of 4 people only.
Under no circumstances are other people permitted to stay in the apartment overnight other than the agreed amount of persons for the booking made. If you would like others to stay you must let us know, remembering that 4 is the total amount of people that can stay.
Any breach of this will result in termination of the booking.
Any beds slept in outside the agreed sleeping configuration will attract extra charges.
If you have visited the beach across the road please do not bring beach sand into the apartment
We ask that all towels from the beach be shaken free of sand outside and the water tap out back used to wash sand from your feet.
It is a house rule that we must ensure is followed.
It is a near impossibility to get sand out of the apartment with a 4 hour cleaning window.
We also ask that no food or drinks "other than a glass water ' be consumed or taken into the bedrooms.
Please respect your neighbors as you would expect them to respect you.
This means keeping noise levels down to a reasonable level, in particularly after 9.30 PM.
Beds to be used must be in conjunction with the amount of persons for their booking.
No Pets permitted.
One car per booking unless otherwise approved by management.
Check in is 2 PM.
Check out is 10 AM.
Upon departure the apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy state, this includes dishes that have been used are cleaned, dried and put away. Rubbish is to be removed and placed in bins provided in the parking garage outside. Please do not leave rubbish inside upon departure.
Any exception to these rules must be approved by management.
We will try to accommodate any reasonable request from our guests if we can. If you have any requests or needs we are only to glad to listen.
We are reasonable people and our main focus is to ensure our guests have a great stay with us.
