Fabulous self contained, private, cool cottage. Great area, good burger bar and lots of cafes just around the corner. Highly recommend

I was over in Melbourne for work but really enjoyed living like a local in this gorgeous house! Really convenient and near a gorgeous park as well as shops and the tram. I went for a walk down to the beach which wasn't far away either! Super friendly helpful hosts - wish I had more time to hang out! Was a bit of a crazy busy week but really enjoyed my stay. Can't wait to come back! Thanks :)

Great location with #1 tram stop right outside; so easy to commute into city centre (Flinders St, Swanston St); lovely neighbourhood with some great food outlets and very pretty park nearby; tram or walk to Sth Melbourne Beach, St Kilda - fantastic beach promenade; Sth Melbourne Markets nearby. We enjoyed living "like locals" and had everything we needed for a great stay. Trams do run outside door but it is generally quieter between 11pm and 5am! If you are out and about all day, you don't really notice it.

This place is fantastic! I didn't want to leave. Great location, tram runs right by the house. Cute stores around the corner. Great burgers too! The house itself is just superb. Had everything you need and more. Clean and quiet. Seda was so helpful with EVERYTHING. Very accomodating hosts willing to jump out of their skin to help. Thanks again for the stay. Could not have been better!

This is a cute little house very close to the Albert Park shops and very close to the No. 1 tram which means you are just 15 minutes from the city and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby and the laundromat is just around the corner.

Clear communication and clean, comfy place. Easy walk to a variety of cafes, and easily accessed by public transport. Seda sent helpful information re getting there by tram. The tram does run right outside the door, but some simple earplugs from the pharmacy round the corner easily ensured a good night's sleep. We would stay here again. Cheers!

This is my second stay with Seda and Matt in less than four weeks. Initially I looked elsewhere as I was in Melbourne for a course in the City. In the end I decided to take the tram from this little haven in Montague St. There's a great café - Urban Pro Juice across the road and a tram stop right within 100M on one side and right across the road on the other. Thoroughly recommend.
