The space

My home is located on a quiet and safe street . You can find grocery, market, dry cleaning, hair dresser nearby the house .
I know my neighbors since I was born. They are good, old and helpful people. :)
The house has alarm system and secure door so its very safe.
This is 3 room stylish flat located in Macka . One is dressing room , the rest are bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed, lcd tv and air condition even though its pretty windy when windows are open.
My kitchen is fully equipped since I love cooking. The bathroom is small but cozy .
My flat is on the 3th floor .There isn't elevator.
Living room has dining and sitting area. One side is full of windows so room is very bright.
There is stereo amphi, vinyl player, media player ( you can bring your film with your hard disk or usb stick ) and plasma 42 inch tv with international channels. ( CNN, RTL, MTV, BBC etc. ). You can use the stereo amphi with your iphone / ipod

My flat is 1 minute walk from Akaretler neighborhood and 5 minutes walk from Nişantaşı neighborhood. Nisantası is Istanbul’s most obviously European neighborhood, with its streets packed with designer labels, stylish cafés, chic restaurants, trendy bars, elite boutiques, and stunning Art Nouveau apartment buildings. However, it is easy for the first-time visitor to overlook this area because it lacks historical venues and monuments, and other essential tourist sites. Yet for shopping and style enthusiasts, missing Nişantaşı would be a real shame—one look, and it is easy to see why this area is considered the city’s style capital.

Only 1,5 km away from Taksim .Taksim is one of the trendier and more modern districts of Istanbul . Full of cafés, 7/24 open restaurants and performance venues dot the winding streets, as do nightclubs and bars.
Istiklal Caddesi, Beyoglu's main road, is lined with beautiful architecture from the 1800s. The old buildings mingle with new stores and boutiques, perfectly representing Istanbul as a city of contradiction. One of those older buildings is the Pera Palace Hotel, which was built in 1892 and became a haven for royalty and celebrities, including Agatha Christie, who penned Murder on the Orient Express at the hotel.

5 minutes walk from the boat trips in bosphorus. You can take a boat name "vapur" and cross the asian side of İstanbul. :) It is also within easy reach of Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar.
