king bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, two twin beds in third bedroom, and sofa sleeper in livingroom. (You may use loft but you need to bring own sleeping bag).

Internet is provided by the Home Owners Assosciation and may be spotty at times.

These are just a few reminder for you to help you have a pleasant experience while you are staying with us.

Please do not put any of the bedding onto the beach. Sand in the building gets trapped in the hoses and pipes of the washer and dryer and can cause damages.

Do not put any kind of string vegetables, potatoes peels, bones, eggs or anything that might cause the garbage disposal to consent. If you do expect to have a few additional guests, please contact office.

Pets are not allowed in any of the units or on the property. If a pet is seen or any evidence of a pet is found in the unit, there is a $300 per day, animal charge.

All units are considered non-smoking. IF you do smoke, please stay outside and please pick up any debris. IF there is evidence of smoking in the property there will be a fee of $250.

The homeowners association requires a 10:00 p.m. quiet time. If you are having any problems with noise from any of your neighbors please call the appropriate gatehouse and report it to security.
Guests are responsible for any damage to or missing items from the unit.

Motorcycles, All-Terrain Vehicles, Boats, Motor homes or any recreational vehicles are not allowed.

Please use the boardwalks at all times. Walking on the sand dunes can cause damage.

Please use only dura-flame logs in the fireplace (except for House 98) and make sure that the damper is open.

Lighter Fluid is not allowed for any use.

Please make sure all windows and doors are closed while operating heater.

Make sure that you have checked your unit for all your belongings: At The Dunes is not responsible for any items left in units. If any item is found we will keep it for mo more than 30 days before disposal. If you do not ask for an item to be returned to you by mail there will be a $10 service charge plus postage.

Our office is open from 9a.m. to 5p.m. daily. If you need supplies such as toiler paper part towels, laundry soap, etc. please come by and we will be mote than happy to give you some.

If you have and after hours emergency that cannot wait please call the south gatehouse and they will get in touch with one of our staff. Please remember check out is 12 noon.

This listing is amazing! The drive to get to the location may seem a little sketchy at first BUT the actual neighborhood/residence is so beautiful and scenic - the type that'll bring a lot of perspective into your life. As a plus, the listing has a great view of the beach and ocean that was quite the surprise upon walking through the door. The entire decor and vibe of the place is very homey and comforting with all the necessary toiletries and kitchenware required for a great stay. Only bad thing really is the wifi connection is spotty to say the least - only the corners of the place will sometimes have connection. HOWEVER, at a place like this with the view and environment that it's in, there won't be any need for Internet. Good place, good vibes, good people; that's all you really need for a listing like this.

We enjoyed the stay in the Apartment! It was as described in the ad. The communication with the Brandelia was easy and very good. The ocean view was only from the side but correctly described by Brandelia. So we would rent the Apartment again. Thank you

The neighbourhood is very nice and the beach is beautiful, but the apartment really needs some fixing to be attractive. A lot of things were about to or had fallen apart. The biggest minus, though, is that the promised internet connection is non-existent and 3G/4G is not easily available in this area.

Pros: The place was great. My group stayed here for a retreat. The listing was perfect for 10 people. The beach was right in front of our place and the tennis court and the basketball court were very close, too. Bonfire container was ready. It was pretty clean inside the unit. Cons: Wi-fi was almost inaccessible from my unit. The living room was pretty cold without using the fire place. This is one of many units in a building complex like an apartment. So, beware that this listing is not an individual house distant from other houses. The beach was visible only from a master bedroom. Suggestions: This listing definitely needs more bump-up. Although I wrote many things in "cons" section, I would highly recommend this listing as your retreat place. The cons are actually very minor thing compared to the "pros," I liked a lot. The easy access to the beach was phenomenal. The fireplace was beautiful. Definitely bring 5-6 logs if you are staying for two nights. Last but not least, bring portable chairs for bonfire.

This was my first time using Airbnb and Brandelia was very gracious in helping me through the process. That really helped. The home worked well for my family reunion. We loved the large dining room table, the views of the ocean, and the spaciousness of the unit. We appreciated the coffeecake, strawberries and other goodies that Brandelia left for us.

The place was great for a nice weekend getaway (on one of the hottest weekend of the year). It really was just steps away from the beach. Made everything so easy and relaxing. The place had everything we could need and was nice and clean. Thanks.

Nothing but the best! There was ample amount of parking and check-in/check-out was easier than staying in a hotel. There was complementary strawberries and croissants on the kitchen counter, along with cold beverages in the refrigerator. Spacious unit with comfortable furniture to lounge in. Beautiful views of the ocean! Close walk to the beach! If I'm ever in the area again, I will be sure to stay here!
