Historic Charlestown. Experience all that Boston has to offer. Cozy 1 bedroom condo steps from everything : North End, TD Garden, and downtown.
Charlestown is a unique place full of charm- gas lit cobblestone streets await. Enjoy this unique neighborhood by bike, car, or foot!

The space

Historic Charlestown 1 bedroom condo close to td garden, north end, and downtown. Roof deck available to all who stay as well as access to a public track and field. Very Short cab ride into the city. Guests have the option to sleep on Queen sized bed as well as a couch. Queen sized air mattress also available for no charge if necessary.

I have both a Roku box and an AppleTV for guests to use. On these you can access Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, HBOGo(I will leave this logged in for convenience) , etc. I do not have cable but I do have SlingTV and if you aren't familiar it is basically just internet based television. It has ESPN, HGTV, TNT, TBS, AMC, IFC, etc so there are a lot of options to choose from. I also have an HD antenna to access the local channels if necessary.

Laundry is common and free in the basement. The lights to the basement are on a timer so you have to turn them to turn the lights on. The dryer is coin op but the coin tray is open so please use those quarters to start the dryer. I have provided detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets but please respect and only use as much as needed.

Guest access

You can have access to the whole apartment except the closet in the bedroom.

Interaction with guests

In most cases I will not be around to assist but will be available by phone.

Other things to note

Attractions (Ideas for cool things to do/Places to eat/see)
There are a lot of things to do in Boston so I will give you some of my favorite places/things to do.
1.) You must try a duck tour. They go all through the city and talk about the history and cool fact about Boston. Highly recommend.
2.) The freedom trail is a trail through Boston (Easy to follow with bricks the stand out) that takes you through the best parts of the city with cool stops along the way.
3.) Faneuil Hall. Great place to check-out, shop, eat. A lot of really nice restaurants there as well as being very close to the water and the harbor walk which is a walk along Boston harbor that I find beautiful. Also many parks around there as well such as the greenway and Christopher Columbus Park
4.) Fenway Park. If you are big baseball fans you have to check out Fenway Park and the surrounding area. Definitely a pleasure to see.
5.) If you love shopping check out Newbury Street. Bostons best shops are located here as well as a lot of other great restaurants.
6.) If you want to check out beaches, there are a number of beautiful beaches around just ask me and I will tell you. Newport RI being my favorite but obviously cape cod is beautiful as well for day trips. Newport is about an hour and a half from Boston and depending on where in the cape you go, can be 1-2 hours to get to.

Anything else you are looking for just ask. Hiking, visit MIT/Harvard, kayaking the Charles River, there is so much to do depending on what you are looking for.

I am a little biased but my favorite restaurants or must have go as follows:
My favorite is Beneventos which is in Boston historic north end (little italy)
Most popular however has to be the original Pizza Regina (but be ready for long lines as its REALLY popular)
Seafood (Boston is very known for its Seafood so here are a couple of my favorite places)
Legals Test Kitchen (LTK) this place is just amazing never have been disappointed
Tia's another great seafood option
I am a big burger fanatic and my favorite is the bacon burger from Vitos.

this was a great location and the apartment itself went above and beyond expectation :) the owners were friendly and great at answering whatever questions we had right away. Check in and check out were on time and easy. Cory and Louis were super helpful and presented us with many amenities, I would definitely stay here again. :)

Nice location as long as you know that you have to walk or cab to downtown. Great rooftop balcony -- make sure you use it. Only grocery store "nearby" is Whole Foods. Owners were very responsive before arrival.

Small but nice place overall. Easy check-in, very responsive hosts, and free on-street parking (up the street) were some of the highlights. Location was close enough to walk to the freedom trail and naval shipyard.
