I only rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer.
One master bedroom with beautiful views, sleeps 2 on queen. Includes TV, closet, and dresser. One kid's room with two twins and a full. Includes dresser and a closet. Family room area has a TV, and the couch can become a full size bed as well. Dining area seats six comfortably. Full kitchen with electric flat stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, etc. Free wifi provided. Condo also comes with washer and dryer.
The full condominium is available. (2nd floor ocean front)

Other things to note
Free parking for up to two cars. Six passes are given to guests for use of pool and private beach.
The Landlord(s) and the Tenant(s) agree to lease the condominium for the rent as stated in this listing with the terms as follows:
Security Deposit: To secure the surrender of the premises in good and clean condition, normal wear and tear expected, it is agreed that the security deposit called for in this lease is to be paid by the Tenant and held in escrow by the Landlord or Agent. The security deposit also ensures payment of any damages caused to the Association Property, or fines levied by the Association against the Landlord, caused by the Tenant. Any necessary charges will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance with a statement of charges will be returned. Any additional charges made by the tenant for phone or cable usage will be deducted from security.
TENANT AGREES AS FOLLOWS: To pay the rent as specified and in default thereof to forfeit payments made on account and all rights hereunder. Not to assign this lease nor sublet the premises. Not to use or occupy the premises for any purpose other than residential. To keep and maintain in good repair any furniture or fixtures. To surrender possession of the unit in good and clean condition upon expiration of the Lease. To abide by all the Rules and Regulations set forth by the Ocean Club at Mantaloking Condominium Association, which are stated herein or attached to and therefore have become part of this lease. All Units are Nonsmoking.
Tenant(s) should being bed linens, blankets, and towels. The condo has 1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds, and 1 Double bed.
DEFAULT: If default be made in any of the covenants contained then this lease shall immediately cease and become void. At such time it shall be lawful for the Landlord or Agent, without notice, to enter the premises and remove all persons or to proceed by action for the recovery of the possession thereof.
RIGHT OF ACCESS: The right is reserved by the Owner and Agent to enter the premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection or to show the unit to rental/sale clients.
RULES AND REGULATIONS***
1.PARKING: Each renting unit is guaranteed one parking space on the property. Parking for a secondvehicle may or may not be available and is not guaranteed. If you have more than one car, or have guests, the additional cars may e parked in the municipal parking lot next to the Ocean Club. (The current rate is $1.00 per hour). Campers, trailers, large trucks, mopeds, mini-bikes, dune buggies, jet skis and the like are not permitted in the Ocean Club parking lots.
ANY IMPROPERLY PARKED VEHICLES WILL BE TICKETED AND TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
3.NO PETS of any kind are permitted on the property.
4.NO BARBEQUING except in the barbequing area.
5.NO BALL PLAYING, SKATEBOARDING, BIKE RIDING, FRISBEE, AND THE LIKE ARE PERMITTED IN THEPARKING LOT OR COURTYARD AREA.
6.NO HANGING OF BLANKETS, BATHING SUITS, TOWELS, OR THE LIKE IS PERMITTED on the front or rearbalconies, windows, retaining walls, fences, and no clotheslines are permitted. PLEASE use the driers to dry clothes.
7.DISPOSE OF ALL RUBBISH, GARAGE & OTHER WASTE IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PLACE IN THE TRASHCHUTES AND COMPLY WITH POSTED RECYCLING RULES. DO NOT PLACE GARBAGE OUTSIDE THE DUMPSTER ROOMS OR CHUTES.
8.CONDUCT: Please be considerate and do not let your good time interfere with others rights ofpeaceful enjoyment. Playing loud music, being boisterous, or disturbing those around you will not be permitted. Smokers - please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
9.NOTHING IS TO BE STORED ON WALKWAYS OR UNDER STAIRS. Violators risk CONFISCATION.
10.Sleeping in vehicles is NOT PERMITTED. Violators subject to arrest.
11.Pool, pool deck, community room, and other common areas use are restricted to those whosenames appear on the lease and access to those areas require an OCEAN CLUB POOL badge. The common areas are for the use of all units and are NOT TO BE SAVED OR RESERVED by any one or more units.
12.POOL RULES: NO ONE IS PERMITETD IN THE POOL OR POOL AREA UNLESS LIFEGUARD IS PRESENT.EVERYONE MUST WEAR A ADGE OR ACCESS WILL BE DENIED - PLEASE COMPLY WTH ALL OSTED POOL RULES. CHILDREN MUST BE COMPLETELY POTTY TRAINED TO SWIM IN BIG POOL.
13.COMMUNITY ROOM: Use of the Community Room is governed by the posted rules and an OCEANCLUB POOL badge is required for use.
14.BICYCLES must be stored in the area or room designated by the Manager.
15.Tenants must also comply with any rules or guidelines distributed upon check-in.
16.Owners have the right to a locked closet to sore personal belongings in the unit.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
1.Clean refrigerator, range, coffee pot and remove all food.
2.Wash and dry all dishes, pots, utensils, and return to proper place.
3.Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as necessary.
4.Empty trash and kitchen garbage cans and clean as necessary.
5.Wash, dry, and fold linens and make beds.
6.If any furniture was moved, return to original location.
7.Return all keys and badges as previously specified.
Tenant may be subject to fine if checkout procedures are not followed.
