1-1. Hope to well back to UK. I understand that you want to save your money for a month which you didn't want to pay the penalty. However please understand ourside coz as you know our house of the location is not a touristic area where we rent almost for university semester renting season for student. For you will pay to the Airbnb for cancellation penalty is for 1 months. However ourside till next end of February for 5 months your booked apartment will be empty. Hence we couldn't accept for your changed date for only 5 days requested to confirm. I guided to contact to Airbnb. Even you couldn't find the Airbnb call center contact number which I share both International Airbnb & Airbnb Korea both. Additionally actually Airbnb Korea speaks English however you didn't want to call them. So I called to them double check your cancellation process. You gave the wrong information to your second party involved (Seoul National University Office of international Affairs). I understand your mind which you don't want to save for one month extra payment. Sorry for once again I have only follow the Airbnb cancellation following rule only. I understand due to the one month you paid the Airbnb long term contract for cancellation penalty. Please understand our side for 5 months would be empty during fall season now the apartment would be empty term. We have loss for 5 months renting income. 1-2. Sorry for your cancellation date. as you see the day of before you saw my leg was broken I should come to the hospital when you inquiry. During waiting time for medical check I tried to as much I can I contact to Airbnb call center which I didn't know the Airbnb cancellation process for guest side on the system process. 2. Your apartment is already many year tenant stayed 6 months or 1 year. They satisfy other students. I know you wanna stay for big apartment however this apartment of the price of renting is affordable price. 3. Previous tenant also which you can check the feedback there is the no bad smell for likewise your feedback 'the sink drain smelled bad'. Even when I met you several times and included in message that you never mentioned that there is a bed smell. First your arrival date that rule for kitchen sink that never though out the food waste inside the sink side. Advised you that only through out purchasing food waste bag to leave outside our waste collecting area.
