If you love nature and the outdoors you have found Mecca in the woods of Tennessee less than an hour from Asheville NC. A private just remote enough site with accomadations that define luxury camping. A lovely large tent with a comfy bed a wood burning stove and beautiful home thrown pottery. A wabi sabi environment that will chill your soul. Comes with home baked bread, farm fresh eggs, and goats milk if you choose. Wow!

Thanks again for having us over, Tiffanie! The tent structure was as cool as the pictures and descriptions suggest, with everything handcrafted and supplies provided for a fun night around the campfire. Tiffanie did a great job introducing us to all the amenities, showing us how to use the lamps/build a fire, and her son was a great help when we got stuck on the driveway on the way out. We also loved meeting the two large dogs who hang around the campsite! We loved our stay, though it is definitely for the more adventurous travelers willing to spend a night away from modern comforts (electricity and hot water).

Song Sparrow Hill is amazing! Perfect place to get away and forget about the world. Set aside all of the things in life you think you need and only bring the most important.. probably your significant other :) We will definitely be back in the near future for another stay!

Really cool place to stay and just an hour or two from the Smoky Mountains depending on where you go. Stayed here for a few days during the eclipse and it was a great experience.

What a great place to stay. If you are seeking solitude, this is the place to be! The camp is a decent little uphill hike from where we parked, so some forethought is required if you want to take a big ice chest and other gear. Tiffanie was great, and offered to help carry stuff up the hill. I’ve camped most of my life, and know that half the trouble of camping is the prep work (gathering fire wood, etc.). All of this has been taken care of, so really the only “chore” is lighting your camp fire. It’s so nice to have a camping evening, and retire to a quaint bed and furnishings inside the tent. There are multiple cast iron skillets, cups, board games, potable water, camp chairs, and a nice wash station in the super clean outhouse. Having fresh eggs and bread when we woke up was also nice touch. Details are important, and Tiffanie has those nicely in hand. My wife and I have definitely checked this on our “things to do again” list.

This place is nothing short of magical and amazing!!! We loved the homemade bread, farm eggs and all the accommodations we needed! Next time we will stay longer and explore - we didn't even want to leave our tent home! The dogs, Boy, Mangus, and Marley were a welcome treat as I can be a scaredy cat in the dark. They made the place feel so safe. They instantly made us a part of their tribe. I honestly could live there! A perfect place to get away from city life. I can see staying here to write a book, meditate and commune with the universe. Everything was perfect.

Tiffanie User ProfileTiffanie is a superhost.

Eric and Tiffanie Jenkins are artists running a family farm of milk goats, chickens and guineas , a couple pigs and a few pets including a mini horse. Tiffanie is a potter and will always be found tending the large gardens and fruit trees. Eric enjoys creative building out of wood and metal as well as painting. Our old world, rustic style comes out in our art as well as our home and barns we've built out of reclaimed barn wood or wood milled from our property.
