Ample on-site parking with lighting allows for late arrival.
You will be staying in a large open loft space designed for musical concerts. The loft has views to the adjacent oak trees giving it a tree house effect. The wood ceilings are vaulted giving it almost a chapel atmosphere. There is abundant natural light on all sides.
An 18' long counter space with granite counter tops, double bowl sink, small microwave, under-counter refrigerator, toaster and Keurig, coffee maker serves as an informal serving area.
A seating area for work or food has two antique church pews facing a large table that has additional chair seating for flexibility of use.
The double couch seating area with 40" flat screen TV becomes two very comfortable queen beds. Wireless internet access with 50 Mbps speeds allow ease of entertainment and/or business. Fios Cable TV provides a large variety of movies/TV shows/sports, HBO, Showtime, etc. A Yamaha baby grand piano sits at the main entrance and is available for entertainment or practice on request.
All lighting is dimmable LEDs and the Heating/Air Conditioning is extremely quiet with remote control for the temperature.
The industrial styling extends to the Bathroom with granite walls and floor with a large shower with two separate water controls.
You will be staying in a totally separate building from the hosts but they are accessible by a short walk across the sky bridge deck to the main house. The large front deck has seating for conversations and nature watching. Automobile access is available adjacent to the structure and there are two separate stairs for accessibility to the upstairs loft. The interior stairs lead down to the side entry door and is open to the loft at the top. This is not recommended for small children unless directly supervised by parents. We have an expandable gate that can be set to deter small children from venturing down the inside stairway if needed. Interior stairs are very gentle with only 6" risers and wide 12" steps.

I have called Tampa my home since 1983. I Enjoy sailing and sportscars but especially music. My girlfriend and I host house concerts at her or my home for singer songwriters. It is a lot of fun and we meet a lot of great talented artists and experience some great original music. Together we have hosted 100 concerts over ten years with the 11th season starting in November 2016. Since the artists usually stay with us for the concert it seems natural to use the concert loft space for an AirBnB. The concerts are spread out during the year usually at least a month apart giving several opportunites for hosting you and your family. The decor is more concert space than bedroom but that is what helps makes it unique. We hope you enjoy the acoustics and even the piano for some entertainment. - Randy
