Only 25 min from Kansai Airport by car,7 min walk from train station.

End of the year and new year's day (29th Dec - 3rd Jan) , I don't accept single night stay. please select the date more than two night staying.

Our villa at the southern Osaka, so it's very convenient for go to Wakayama. I recommend you go to Kuroshio sea food market,so you can enjoy BBQ at my house with very fresh sea food.
