Lovely two bedroom apartment located in the central street of Nerja Málaga, just 2 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the Salon beach Nerja. Magnificent communal facilities, pool and gardens with natural grass overlooking the sea.

The space

Lovely two bedroom apartment located in the central street of Nerja Málaga, just 2 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the Salon beach Nerja. Magnificent communal facilities, pool and gardens with natural grass overlooking the sea.

The apartment is newly renovated and re-equipped with new furniture. The distribution is as follows:

- Two bedrooms are distributed in a master bedroom with a bed of 1.35 cm and another bedroom with two beds of 90 cm each una.Cada one of the bedrooms has a comfortable towels and linens for all beds and fans.

- Living room with two sofas, dining table and flat screen TV.

- American kitchen equipped with major appliances: refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster.

- Bathroom.

- Terrace with garden furniture for 4 people.

Community facilities have a large area, about 400 square meters, and can be enjoyed by all guests of the apartment. You are allowed access without acreditación.Horario: From 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. It is safe for children.

The pool is oval shaped with wide stairs to access the water work. The deepest area is about 2.30 meters.

The garden has parasols laid to lawn but do not have hammocks for public use. The whole pool enclosure is natural grass and has a beautiful sea, beach and own Hall Balcony of Europe. It's great to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from this room.

The area where the apartment is located is very central and safe. Malaga Street has parking area for vehicles and their use is free, it is a residential area so that no excessive crowds of people and is not noisy. A few meters you will find shops and restaurants.

Buses and taxis. The nearest city bus stop of Nerja is 200 meters, just below the hotel "Riu Monica" at the beginning of the Avda. Del Mediterraneo. Taxi stand. It is located in Calle Castilla Perez, about 250 meters from the apartment.

Tourist Office. It is located in the basement of the Town Hall of Nerja. From the apartment you can find about 350 meters. Between the Church SALVADOR and sQUARE Spain. Open Monday through Saturday.

Banks. A few meters away, at the beginning of the street Town, corner of Calle Chaparil, you can find an ATM in general use. The nearest banks are in Plaza Cavana, just 250 meters away. They have two ATMs 24 hours. People's Bank and Caixa bank. For those who plan to visit the Alhambra can print your tickets here.

Pharmacy. It is located in Calle Castilla Perez, just opposite the taxi rank. 250 meters from the apartment.

Nerja Bus Station. It is far from the city center, just 700 meters away.

Closest Beaches: salon (5 minutes I walked); torrecilla (5 minutes).

This apartment was rented for my aunt and grandmother so our families could be close. Manuel was wonderful to deal with although once we arrived we had to go through a property management company to get keys, etc. the apartment is located in a very convenient location, in a wonderful building with a gorgeous pool and grassy area. The unit itself was quite small, old and extremely uncomfortable due to lack of AC and poor air circulation. Nerja gets very hot in the summer and it was difficult to spend any time there during the day. The kitchen is tiny and did not even have a stove. With that said it was not a bad value for the money although we would not recommend staying there during the hot months.
