With summer light filtering through sliding glass doors, soaring cathedral ceilings, modern bathrooms and kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful eating porch, this new house on a woodsy cul-de-sac, could be your family's dream vacation home.
The house is L-shaped, with a large living room-kitchen-dining area on one arm of the L, and three bedrooms (one large master bedroom and two smaller ones), two baths, a linen closet, and a utility room on the other arm. The floor of the whole house is concrete with radiant heat in it for cold weather.
You have access to the whole house, as well as the porch and garden.
No access to the shed attached to the outside of the house, and no access to the attic.

The attached picture is of my husband, Pete Titelman, and me with our 12 year old granddaughter, Jasmine. We have many grandchildren all over the place and love spending time with them. We are both family therapists living and working in western MA, but beginning to wind down with our work schedules somewhat. Our favorite places to travel to are Truro on Cape Cod and Vinalhaven, Maine.
For recreation we do a lot of hiking with our four year old labradoodle, Sophie, who is an important part of our family. We also love to bike on the numerous trails around Northampton.
Our style of traveling is generally pretty simple. We try to eat healthily and we both need a quiet night's sleep.
