The villa is very nice, clean and spacious for our family (there're 5 of us + 2 kids). The kitchen's fully equipped, and the staff is very accommodating.

Charlene was there immediately upon our arrival and was very welcoming and warm. The location of this villa is very convenient and close to all the major attractions in Tagaytay but the road to get there got pretty dark at night. We typed "Felicitas" in Waze to get there. Charlene was also kind enough to transfer us to Villa 1, which is exactly the same as Villa 2 but nearer the entrance and exit of the compound. The interior of the house was exactly how it is in the photos, and all the essential tools and equipment we needed for our stay was included (stove top, cooking ware, plates/utensils, tissue rolls, paper towels, etc). The bed cushions were a bit on the thinner side and the top bunk of the double deck beds felt like it didn't have enough back support, but overall, the quality of our sleep was acceptable for the price the we paid. The only trouble we encountered was with the smoke detector in the kitchen area. It was very near the stove top and went off when we started cooking. We had to fan out the smoke and open all windows and doors to make sure it didn't go off again. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers on a budget!

I'm a Mom to 3 school-aged kids. Weekdays I work in a hospital. Weekends I work harder at home (Tagaytay included). My husband designed and built the houses for his parents. It's our home away from home and we have been hosting guests for almost 3 years now. It's an amazing experience and we're thankful for Airbnb. Most of our guests inspire us to improve on what needs improvement. Others teach us to focus on what cannot be compromised. And some make us dream bigger!
