Two cottages cleverly combined retaining some 19th century features. Private walled garden. Central location just minutes from good eateries, shops and 4 doors from the wonderful Chipping Norton Theatre.
On street parking outside/near the house.

The space

Central location but in a quiet street which is in the old part of the working Cotswold town of Chipping Norton. The guest room has a double aspect to the street and the garden; sunny for most of the day.

Guest access

Guests may use the lounge and the TV, kitchen, conservatory and garden. The bathroom is shared with the host.

Interaction with guests

I am usually at home for the evening and a good part of the day. I have many tourist leaflets and walking books which guests may borrow. If available I can also drive guests to wonderful local locations which are not accessible by public transport. There would be a small charge for petrol used - cheaper than a taxi or hiring a car.

Other things to note

Single occupancy £45. Reduction for full week's stay.

Alison's home is welcoming and well presented for a good airbnb stay. Very good location, really clean, comfortable and Alison is easy to deal with. Bonus was the great breakfast she prepared for us and the amenities in the room, we didn't need to ask for anything more!

Alison's house is so special - central to Chipping Norton and handy to everything. It is beautifully set up and really comfortable. Alison herself is a very attentive and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others.

Alison was the consummate hostess. Her home is spotlessly clean and beautiful, she thinks of everything, and she was very gracious and attentive to everything I needed. The village was delightful, walking was excellent, all in all my time there couldn't have been better!

Alison is a wonderful host and has a extremly wonderful residence. Alison was extremely flexible when I booked for my mother-in-law to stay with her for one night. It is a pleasure to be able to say that I (and my mother-in-law) would highly recommend staying with Alison.
