Separate bedroom queen size bed and separate bath plus use of living areas. Porch to view wildlife in estuary. Nearby restaurant on the river and a friendly coffee hut. I have recommended my Realtor friend for buyers. Also I can recommend an excellent massage therapist (female) that will do an in house here in my home or porch.
The lovely location and home space, along with the safe, privately and quiet of the neighbor. Close to town but in the country setting. Friendliness of the areas residence owners. The wildlife, vegetation, and views. Many miles of working and bicycle paths plus a bicycle path to Sandpoint. We have our own city beach swimming area with facilities.

Interaction with guests
I will be living here as well so most likely I will interact on a daily bases. How much is depending on my planned activities. I can give our information, maybe a bicycle ride or walk around. Maybe dinner or coffee together at our local establishments. Lots of possibilities which also depends on the desires of the guest.
Other things to note

Thank you for not smoking or indulging in drugs of any type. Also so sorry but no pets. Please confer with me about any guests that you wish to have visit. Use of the kitchen is a clean as you go bases as well as the bathroom space with washer and dryer. They will have their own key but please respect decent hours of departure or returning (to be discussed, ie. Early for catching planes, ect.). There will be no expectations about helping with gardening, etc.
I am a single woman who owns a beautiful quiet home in Northern Idaho near beautiful Sandpoint as well as a Casa in southern Baja, Mexico. I love to travel. Went to Spain in October of 2014 (where I stayed in an Airbnb) and mainland Mexico in February 2015 and most of Baja Sur. I am in my casa in Baja through most of the winter. I am a photographer just for the love of it. I have many friends in many places and love this Airbnb experience. My birth town is Modesto, California where I grew up on a peach farm. Later in life I actually managed 40 acres of walnuts. I have had a great experience renting my lovely spare bedroom/bath to good folks who have the spirit of adventure as I do! Also love books, swimming, kayaking, walking, movies, chatting about interests and travel, and yes for sure - food! Open to sharing some of these adventures with my guests. Life Motto? "Live it, do it, love it!"
