Newly renovated studio on Kongres square in the heart of Ljubljana, right next to the Ljubljanica river. Spacious room with two single beds, a small kitchen and bathroom.
Can also be rented as a bigger, 4-person apartment (that listing has >100 reviews) where you get an additional bedroom, bathroom and living room space.
The 30m2 studio is located on the first floor with an entrance from the ground floor. The space is a large room with hardwood floors that includes two single beds, small kitchen (with sink, stove and fridge), a dining table and desk. There is also a lot of closet space for all your belongings. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and an infra light. The studio has a brand new air conditioning/heating unit.
Clean sheets and towels included, as well as toilet paper.
The apartment does not have a parking space but paid parking is located half a minute away in an underground parking garage.
Other cheaper parking options are also available 10 to 15 minutes away.
The guests will have access to the whole studio.
Interaction with guests
We only interact with guests on the day of arrival. You can message or call me anytime.
Other things to note
We offer a bigger weekly and monthly discount from November to March.
Everything in the studio is new; both beds, mattresses, all the bedding, the kitchen with fridge and stove, dining table with chairs and all closets (except for two cabinets) have been bought in 2015 as we only started renting the place out in the end of May 2015.
The walls have also been repainted at the same time. The air conditioning/heating unit was installed in 2014. The electricity, plumbing and flooring were renovated in 2007 which is also when the bathroom was installed.
The place is actually an apartment for 4 people but when it is rented out as a studio you only get access to the first room with kitchen and one bathroom. You can check the ratings for the apartment there as we mainly have guests staying in the big apartment.
