Basically, we just expect you to leave things the way they where, when you arrived, and that you treat the apartment with the same love and care, as if it where your own home.

You have payed a cleaning fee which covers basic cleaning (vacuuming, washing of floors, cleaning of toilets and sinks, laundry, etc.) after your departure, but we kindly ask you to gather your trash items in bags, and put them on the back stair case. We also ask you to take care of major accidents and spills yourselves and when they happen.

Previous guests have asked for more specific rules. And though we in general just prefer you use common sense, we have outlined the following:
- No-smoking and no pets allowed.
- Respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 22:00.
- We aim to leave the fridge and freezer as empty as possible for you, and your are welcome to use all items, unless otherwise specifically noted on the item.
- You are also welcome to use spices, oils and cereals that are in the kitchen.
- We ask you to throuw out any food that you have brought in to the house, but did not eat, when departing.
- Keep bikes etc. outside the building, in the court yard or at the ground floor, as the rubber leaves permanent marks on the floor.
- All cutlery, dishes, glasses, wineglasses and cups are dishwasher safe except the big knives and the wooden cutting boards.
- You are welcome to play the piano or the guitars with normal care and intensity. As noted above, please respect the neighbours after 22:00.
- You are welcome to use the stereo at ordinary volume levels.
- For shorter stay we ask you to not use the washer/tumbler as this is quite heavy on the electricity bill. Please contact us, if the need for washing should arise during shorter stays.
- Ease the cleaning-burden by gathering your trash and leftovers in trash bags, and placing them on the back stairs.
- If you have a larger amount of trash, you can throw it out in the dumpsters in court yard, accessible through the back stairs in the kitchen.
- Please take care of major accidents and spills when they happen, as the cleaning fee only covers basic cleaning.

This beautiful loft in Nørrebro was a pleasure for a week long stay in July. Ample windows made the temperature very pleasant, and the location is near many incredible restaurants, buses to cultural sites, and walkable to great shopping. Very glad I stayed here instead of tourist central to the east.

A really beautiful apartment in a great part of town! Location is right by the lovely Assistens graveyard and near to lots of buzzing streets with restaurants, bars and great small shops. The apartment is lovely and spacious and was more than enough for 2 people. Rasmus was a great host, easy to communicate with and gave some excellent tips for the local area. Including the best bakery ever right round the corner!

The loft is on the top floor and has lots of natural light including a widow above the bed for viewing the stars! The interior is also in wonderful condition and includes original furniture from Vitra and Carl Hanson, which we love, and the location of the apartment is within walking distance to some of the best coffee shops, restaurants and parks in the city. We biked to the water for swimming and picnicked everyday. We felt right at home here!

We had such a great time at this place. Everything worked out much better than we have expected and definitely we will stay at the same place when traveling to CPH again. The neighborhood was excellent, extremely convenient with a lot of stores, markets, restaurants and a great artsy vibe. Right in front of the Loft there is a great Park (just across the street) excellent to go for a walk/running and catch some fresh air and enjoy the serenity of the place. My wife and I had a wonderful time at this place and we were feeling totally at home. The place was really organized, clean, complete with very nice kitchen tools/appliances, excellent interior design/decoration (very Scandinavian: bright, modern and efficient). It was a pity we don't play piano, since there is a very beautiful white piano at the place that works perfectly. The owner Rasmus was very nice and really diligent, staying in touch with us during all period of our stay (20 days) and available to answer any questions ("tak" Rasmus!!). We are already making plans to go back to CPH and stay in the same place. Skål, Mika

Rasmus made us feel very welcome and was there as soon as we arrived with the keys. He was always quick to respond and also gave us some great recommendations of places to stay - the maps and info in the apartment were also very handy! The apartment is very clean, bright and airy and beds very comfortable. Sleeps three but the shared double is quite small - however we found it very comfortable and shared no problem! The apartment would not be suitable for small children/people afraid of heights as the ladder and loft could be tricky to manoeuvre at times, but we loved the open feel!! Shower was a bit temperamental - sometimes very hot and other times no hot at all, but once working it was fine. Rasmus also provided three clean towels for us, and hairdryer in the bathroom (which we didn't use but there if needed!). Would definitely recommend staying here and would choose to stay again if I visit Copenhagen in the future.
