Well presented Victorian terraced house. Modernised with large kitchen. Bedroom 1 = Double Bed, Bedroom, Single beds, Bedroom 3 = Double Sofa Bed. Bathroom has bath & separate shower. Lane access.

The space

The house has a modern feel. Is well kept and benefits from a Grand Piano. It is a traditional terraced house in a quiet street. There is plenty of room to relax and spend your holiday. The house is perfect for those wishing to visit the Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Penderyn Whiskey Distillery, Aberdare Park (For the motorbike racing), Dare Valley Country Park and is only 30 min from The Gower.

Guest access

The whole house is yours for the duration of the stay.

Interaction with guests

My office is based at the bottom of the street. And i am often available to give you tips on where to go and what to do in the area. I used to be a climbing instructor and outdoor guide and know the area very well from an historical and environmental perspective.

Other things to note

The house was my Grandfathers and I have lived here for 20 + years. I know the people and area intimately and am around to help you enjoy your stay.

A clean, spacious, modern well equipped house with plenty of living space in both kitchen and lounge areas, comfy sofas. Suited us perfectly for a family weekend of walking in the Brecons and chilling out to play board games. There was a large tv for the boys to play computer games. Happy to recommend!

Andrew's airbnb was a lovely family home. It was basically clean, but there were lots of items of half used food in the fridge and cupboards when we arrived and the lighting was very poor in the kitchen, making it feel quite gloomy. The living room was cosy and extremely comfortable and there was room for all six of to relax comfortably. One or two things seemed a bit 'unfinished' for example there were several patches of paintwork that were unfinished. The bathroom was lovely.

Nice and clean place, big enough for our group. Easy self check-in, communication with Andrew was smooth and clear. Definitely recommended!

Very quiet and clean accommodation with everything we required for a comfortable stay. Parking was great as we had a van and a car. Street was very quiet and very close to amenities. Also got a surprise when we arrived, an arcade machine with over 600 games in the sitting room. "What a bonus"!

Peaceful and quiet terraced house at the end of a residential street. Nice and spacious - deceptive from outside. Could do with a 2nd loo if house is full but very nice bathroom. Very comfy sofas but we were out all weekend so no time to watch the HUGE tvs! Very helpful host and good value.

My first time using airbnb. Lovely place to stay, great communication, perfect for bike park wales, some cool artwork and easier than checking into hotel. Will be using airbnb again.

A spacious house in a quiet residential area very near to the Beacons, waterfalls and cycling routes. Convenient for local park, shopping and restaurants. Very good value for money. Many thanks, Andrew!

I run Tantrwm, A team of hard working professionals. We go to clients and live stream video, make apps, and train people. We are clean, diligent, non smokers who clean up after ourselves.
We use Air BnB a lot ourselves when we work across the country and have decided to list our own place as well. We know what it is like from both sides of the coin.
When we require accommodation it will have 3 or 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, secure parking, fast internet, be quiet, clean, responsive to emails, calls and texts. And that's about it really.
Our listing sleeps a family of 4-5 comfortably and 6 in three bedrooms. The main feature of our property is it's proximity to The Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Dare Valley Country Park and Aberdare Town Centre. If you are here for work or pleasure we can point you in the right direction as our main office is just at the bottom of the street.
Hope to work with you.
