This two bedroom furnished apartment rental is located on Bathurst Street, Sydney, 100 mt from Hyde Park and within walking distance of Sydney Town Hall train station, Queen Victoria Building and Circular Quay.
It also has easy access to Darlinghurst

The space

The apartment has an open plan feel with Balcony which you have vies of the city streets and Hyde park through the buildings.
This two bedroom apartment comes complete with towels and linen, modern furniture, fixtures and fittings including a DVD player, plasma TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning.

Interaction with guests

This is a fully self-contained apartment we will meet the guests and make them familiar with the apartment or house and local area.
We are in contact with the guest at departure and we are at call for any issues that the guest may have during their stay.
We operate 7 days a week with limited staff during the week-ends and public holidays.
Not all issues can be resolved in a 24 hour period and we may need to engage a third party to resolve that issue.
Access may need to be made by the management team for pre organised schedule strata regulations like checking fire doors, plumber or electrician
We will always make arrangement with the guest before needing to gain access .

Other things to note

Due to the large amount of inquiries we have decided that we are not taking booking at this stage for Xmas and New Year, under 21 days for the majority of our properties during this period.
Prices advertised will also increase over this period.
The minimum stay will reduce closer to the December/ Jan period

•The Visitor must not smoke within the property or else a de-odorising fee will apply.
•The Visitor must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
•The Visitor must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music).
•The Visitor must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage.
•The Visitor shall immediately report any repairs required or damage to the property manager.
•Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager.
•Repairs and maintenance to the property are dealt with due to the degree of urgency such as power and water, with most issues having a 48 hour service turn around.
9. Right to inspect the Property and re-enter the Property
•(F Properties the Company ) has the right to inspect the property during the booking period subject to (F Properties the Company ) having reasonable grounds to complete necessary work such as electrical / plumbing and aslo believe that the property is being damaged or at risk of if the Visitor breaches any term of this agreement.
10. Departure
•The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on the Departure Date. Failure to depart will authorise (F Properties the Company ) to levy additional charges for rental and costs incurred.
•When leaving the apartment or checking out please insure the property is left in a clean condition with all excess rubbish removed and all kitchen items washed and put back in the appropriate places. Failure do so may incur extra charges.
12. Right of refusal and application of other Special Conditions
•F Properties may refuse at its discretion to accept any Visitor. Furthermore, (F Properties the Company ) may require that other Special Conditions be agreed to on arrival of the Visitor.

•(F Properties the Company ) does not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your

The place is very nice, clean, modern, new, well-stocked kitchen utensils, appliances are new, the space is great, huge 65" tv, beds are comfortable, felt like a secure place. Unfortunately, noise is a big issue. even with all the windows closed, car noises and other street noises such as a jackhammer from my nearby construction site made sleeping well hard to do. Frequent disturbances leave you unrested. It's even more unfortunate that there's a fire station situated literally next door to this building. Noise is a really big issue for a good night's sleep. I suggest ear plugs. Furthermore, the one time cleaning fee was very expensive.

The host was great and the location was very good. The apartment was lovely just a few minor things that the host needs to attend to.

The location is great. The apartment was extremely clean. The wifi was excelent. But the traffic noise... I had to wear earplugs and my daughter kept waking up every night. On the weekend we could hear people laughing on the street. I don't understand how come such a modern building doesn't have sound proof windows.
