A nice and cozy apartment in central Oslo right next to Bislett Stadium (2-minute walk) between St. Hanshaugen and Stensparken.

Several coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, grocery stores (also Sunday open) in the neighborhood.

This apartment is perfect for both couple vacations as well as business travelers.

It has a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge (with a freezer), microwave, oven, induction stove, coffee machine, water boiler and more.

The space

It is a small and cozy place very recently refurbished. Oslo's second-largest park is located 5 minutes from the apartment. The park is one of the main places where Oslo residents like to spend their day off. St. Hanshaugen has a lot of small shops, bakeries, pub's, restaurants, and consist of a mix of students, young parents and some of the city`s elderly people. The apartment has a great bed, comfy sofa and working desk with high-speed internet access (portable and battery charged so you can bring it on your travel if need be). The kitchen is well equipped. There is a brand new Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, all appliances needed for cooking and a dishwasher. If you need to do your laundry there is a washer and drying rack and iron.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire place and all equipment in it.

Wonderful location, within easy walking distance of the city center, but quiet. Kenneth was very responsive to any questions. Note as Kenneth does that the place is small, but it was just fine for us two.

I had a good work stay in the flat. Clean and basic 1 bedroom flat north of downtown. Proper work desk was a big plus for me. Quiet neighbourhood but unit can be noisy. Flat is ground floor and facing parking, so you get noise from cars pulling in and out. Lots of kids in the building (so don't expect dead silence). Uses a remote access system to pick up keys that requires a working smartphone, which I found annoying because I don't use a smartphone but will be less of an issue those that due.
