1) DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS or the CONCIERGE - They are unable to help on arrival. Instead, just call our staff that is prepared to assist you.

2) NO NOISE - Please be respectful of neighbors and the property. Keep noise down before 8:00 and after 22:00. Absolutely no parties allowed on the premises.

3) NO SMOKING - Smoking is prohibited even in the balcony. No burning candles or incense for your own safety and safety of others near the property.

4) NO BOOKING, NO ACCESS - Do not let strangers or unauthorized maintenance workers into the apartment. We will arrange all maintenance work and inform you beforehand. This is for your own security. Emergencies are an exception.

5) KEEP DOORS CLOSED and LOCKED- Please keep front street door closed at all times especially when leaving the apartment. Also make sure to lock both locks in the apartment door- using the big chub key. This is a safe neighborhood but we would like to keep our property secure as well as your belongings.

6) DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE- Leave all furnishings and appliances where they are installed.

7) NO BICYCLES TO BE STORED IN THE APARTMENT or in the stairways in the building! This will damage the property, no matter how careful you are.

Check in is from 15:30 to 19:00 however we will try to suit your requirements as best as possible.

The apartment is in a very good position, 4 mins walk to mansion house underground station, and at a walking distance to borough market, the tate modern gallery and saint Paul cathedral. It was clean, and comfortable for 5-6 people, with two bathrooms. John was very precise with the information on the area and on the house. The only negative thing is that this is not a private house of someone that lives nearby, the girl that welcomes you is very kind and precise, but you don't get the experience of being hosted by British people. It is more like renting a house in estate agency, the timetable for checking in and out are very strict, and there are many rules. Overall a very pleasant experience, u would recommend it for practicality and efficiency.

The apartment good. The bedrooms are good, the shower is great and the bathrooms area renovated. The kitchen is small, although you have everything you need, a big fridge, working oven, microwave and dishwashing machine. The only thing I don't love about this Airbnb listing comparing it to most of my previous experiences is that it works more like an apartment rental than like an owner-managed house. In practice, it means that the person in charge of checking only wanted it to be quick and wasn't polite nor welcoming. And, also different than other Airbnb listings, they are very sharp with checkin and checkout timing, to the point they announce a late checking fee (if you checkin after 7pm) of 25 pounds. They didn't charge us that since I commented John told us we could checking up to 9pm and we arrived at the apartment at 7:30, having called them twice the same with updates of our trip.

The flat was in a GREAT central location - within walking distance to many attractions, and just a short Uber or tube ride away from others. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable; plenty of room for two couples traveling together. The host communicated well with us. There is a lovely courtyard with water features and nice vegetation that one can enjoy from the small balcony. The neighbors were pretty quiet, and the two locked doors that one must use a key-card to traverse made one feel that one was in a secure environment. St. Paul's cathedral is very close, and the bridge to the south bank is just a very short walk away. The location of this flat just couldn't be beat. If it's available on the dates of your sight-seeing planned vacation, GRAB it!

John's place is really nice, safe and has great locations. It is just a few minutes walk from various underground stations. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around and a supermarket just across the street. Robert who was there when we arrived was very polite and helpful.
