Welcome Martha's Vineyard, all people, local/foreign/happy/LGBT/Spiritual-not! Our home is located across from Norton's Farm and public transportation. Car and motorbike are best to access everything from this location.

We have a second bedroom listed. Both rooms share a hallway and can hold 4 people altogether.

The space

The twin room contains two single beds, great for teens, traveling companions and business trips. The room has a desk and chair, a closet and a window. Sheets and towels are available.

Guests will share the hall bathroom with another room. All of the common areas are shared, the living room, kitchen and entryways.

Guest access

You will have access to the kitchen and basement. The basement has a television with a washer and dryer.

Interaction with guests

Myself or my mother will host your stay. My family has been visiting the island for over twenty years so we can tell you everything you need to know about how to enjoy your stay!

First time using airbnb. Best experience. As it was my first time in the Vineyard, Kyana told me about local reservations to go checkout. I will be staying in the future. My stay couldn't be any better

This was my first time ever using the "Share a room" option with AirBnB. I typically will book an entire home, but given the high-demand on Martha's Vineyard (particularly in August), it definitely made sense to share a room in this instance. In a nutshell, I had a magical, first time on Martha's Vineyard by staying here. You should count yourself as blessed if you're able to secure a booking with Kyana (and Deborah). The other guests who were there at time of my visit were similarly like-minded; we had incredible conversations.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome at our room in this home! Having a friendly host made the trip more fun, and the room/home had everything we needed.

This place had all the perfect necessities. I was on the island for the marathon and Deborah was awesome- left out breakfast and all necessities for us. She was awesome, came to the race to watch and so pleasant to hangout with. The bed was comfortable, nice towels, the guest bathroom was extremely clean with excellent water pressure. I loved staying here and would definitely go back!!

We stayed in the shared room with the double bed in August 2016. The shared room is a lot smaller than the room with the twin beds. When we got there our shared room was musty and we only had a dusty fan available to air out the room. The screens on the windows of the room do have some holes in them so we did have a huge beetle in our bed on our first night and a huge grasshopper in the hallway another night. The bathroom in the hallway was clean. The kitchen was accessible and the tenants downstairs were friendly. Once we aired out our room, it was much better. We luckily had the hall bathroom to ourselves since there was no one staying in the twin bed room while we were there. Our only wish was that we would have known ahead of time that there are no keys provided for the house and there is no way to lock the room of your door. Depending on how relaxed you are on vacation, some people might not mind this as much as others. Overall, the space provided was good for what we needed on vacation despite some small hurdles the first night.
