Hi there I'm Fiona, Along with my husband James we own and operate Davaar Station, an 1100 hectare sheep and cattle station near Te Anau in Southland that has been in our family for over 100 years. We have three young adult children. Both of us have travelled extensively recently and in the 1990s I lived in London for three years working as a registered nurse. We know how important it is for guests to feel welcome when they arrive at a property, particularly after a long day of travelling in order to reach the destination. With this in mind our emphasis is to provide a 'home away from home' for guests staying at our place. James and I are friendly, down to earth and helpful and are more than happy to answer any queries you may have prior to your arrival.
