This historic home is full of charm and offers a peaceful base for your visit to Ithaca. There is a very friendly dog (Newfoundland) and cat (Ava) at the house. Your room has a private bathroom and easy access to the kitchen for snacks and coffee.
You will have access to the front porch, backyard, kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining room, and parking.
Interaction with guests
I will be available to help with rides to and from the airport or around town as needed.
I am a former Instructor in Cornell's College of Human Ecology, and am currently finishing my PhD in Communication. I love to write poetry and creative nonfiction, and have a passion for cooking, hiking, and photography. I served in the Peace Corps in Mali in the early 2000s, and have traveled to 10 countries in Africa. I worked as a researcher for National Geographic, and as a wildlife magazine editor and English teacher.
