This is a lovely house and a typically mallorcan town Xesca was wonderful - extremely flexible and more than helpful with tips for tapas evenings, helping us order taxi's and being avaialble at all times. Binissalem has some lovely cafe's and restaurants and is a small but busy town. We thouroughly enjoyed out trip

We had a wonderful time staying in Xescas place in Binissalem. She gave us a really warm welcome, and was helpful throughout the stay. The house, beautiful little town, local area, and great central location in the island were all amazing ... a very happy stay. Binissalem has some great bars and places for breakfast, coffees in the sun, delicious local wine and lovely food and tapas (particularly on the Thursday night tapas tour around the town). It was about an hour to drive into the stunning mountains, to the unspoilt northeast coast, to enjoy the multitude of bird life in the national park and to visit some quiet Mallorcan towns. Using the train to visit Palma was also so easy, cheap, and a real pleasure. Spring seemed the perfect time to visit this island: warm and welcoming without being overtaken by tourists, and full of the scent of orange blossom. The house felt authentically Mallorcan, and the enormous separate bedroom opening wide glass doors onto the sunny courtyard was really special. Thank you Xesca, we hope to be back

We had a great stay at Xescas place in Binissalem. The accomodation has a really lovely style and we loved to spent our holiday there. Xesca was communicative, gave us lots of tips and was very welcoming. The town itself is lovely and great to explore most parts of the island (especially the wonderful Serra de Tramuntana). We found enough bars, restaurants and bakeries just in walking distance. Palma is also easy & quickly to reach - either via car or train. We can recommend Xescas place 100% and will definitely consider to come back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Xescas place in pretty Binissalem. The accommodation is lovely, spacious and well equipped. Xesca is a brilliant host who made herself available if needed, very good communication. The flat is very pretty with a lovely sun filled garden patio and attractive plants. We immediately felt at home. Decor is tasteful with lots of artwork dotted around. The flat is central to the town which has a good assortment of bars and restraunts. The bonus is the fast and inexpensive train from Palma which stops regularly at Binissalem, making much of the island accessible without a car. We loved it and would definitely consider coming again.
